Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Ngorongoro Conservation Area is situated 180 km west of Arusha in the Crater Highlands area of
Tanzania. The conservation area boasts a blend of landscapes, wildlife, people, and archaeology.
The volcanoes, grasslands, waterfalls, and mountain forests are home to an abundance of animals
and to the Maasai. Ngorongoro Crater is one of the world’s greatest natural spectacles; its magical
setting and abundant wildlife never fail to enthral visitors. It borders the Serengeti National Park to
the north and west
Manyara National Park
Manyara National Park derived its name from a plant called Euphorbia Tirucalli, known as
Emanyara in Maasai Language. The Maasai used this plant to cover their bomas (hedges). The park
is perhaps most renowned for its famous tree-climbing lions. You can see a variety of habitats and
diverse animals and birds
Tarangire National Park
Tarangire National Park is a national park in Tanzania’s Manyara Region. The name of the park
originates from the Tarangire River that crosses the park. The Tarangire River is the primary source
of fresh water for wild animals in the Tarangire Ecosystem during the annual dry season.
Itinerary
Day 1: Flight From Zanzibar To Arusha Then Tarangire National Park
Our Driver will come and pick you up from Hotel to Zanzibar Airport around 06:00 and 08:00
Depart from Zanzibar by flight to Arusha or Kilimanjaro National Park depending on availability.
You will be met and transferred to Tarangire National Park with your picnic lunch for a full game
drive including an afternoon game drive.
After a full game drive at Tarangire National Park Later, you will be transferred to Karatu
Overnight; Hotel/Lodge to be customized
Day 2: Full Day Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Breakfast, and descend inside the Ngorongoro Crater for full-day game drives with a packed lunch.
On reaching the crater’s edge, the 19-km diameter caldera opens up before you in all its stunning
glory, and you will descend into the crater on an adventurous trail.
This World Heritage Site is seasonally home to over 25,000 animals, including a wide variety of
birds, packs of hyenas, and the “Big Five” – lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard.
In the afternoon, while still inside the Ngorongoro conservation area, you will stop at a suitable
place and be served a packed lunch before you continue with the adventure.
In the evening, after exploring the beautiful scenery in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, visiting
the Maasai villages, and the adventure of experiencing a variety of habitats, dazzling and beautiful
landscapes, as well as wildlife, you will be taken back to Your Lodge.

Day 3: Manyara National Park To Zanzibar
In the morning, breakfast will be served early at the lodge, followed by a very short brief about
your final tour’s schedule then you will be driven to Lake Manyara National Park which is
approximately one hour from the lodge.
The park is well known for the tree-climbing lions, the soda ash lake, thousands of pink flamingos,
a huge number of baboons and many other animals too.
Lake Manyara is shallow and it’s alkaline and covers an area of 220 square kilometres which is
two-thirds of the park’s total surface area.
In the afternoon Lunch, after enjoying yourself to the fullest, and seeing the beauty of Lake
Manyara National Park – including its wildlife, the lake, birds and vegetation, you will be returned
back to Arusha flight back to Zanzibar and our driver drive back to your Hotel
The Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Conservation Area Safari is widely considered one of the most underrated safari on the continent where you will see Big 5 animals.
